I love my life! GOD is so good to me. I get to see the sunrise most mornings as I drive to work and my heart awaking cries, "May Jesus Christ be praised!" I have a job I love counseling middle school kids, their parents and sometimes their teachers! :)
I had gall bladder surgery yesterday--after a most satisfactory 58 year relationship it chose to betray me during a family reunion, of all the least convenient places! I told the triage nurse that my pain level was a 9 because I am sure that if someone had used a chain saw to amputate all my limbs it would have more. So I parted company with it with no regrets.
Since then I have had phone call after phone call asking if a friend can do anything for me. My own youngest daughter took aff work to take me to the hospital and bring me home.
One of my greatest blessings is my eight children, five sons- and daughter-in-laws and soon to be twelve grandchildren!
